Summary
CAHPS Database team held a webcast about participating in the 2021 CAHPS® Home and Community Based Services (HCBS CAHPS) Survey Database. Speakers reviewed the HCBS CAHPS Survey and discussed the benefits and steps involved in participating. The database will display results by State and HCBS program types. Voluntary data submission opens in October to all States and is free.
The HCBS CAHPS Survey Database is a joint project between the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
