a Software developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality was used to identify ambulatory sensitive hospital admissions, which are defined as admissions that may be prevented with access to and use of outpatient services. Obstetric admissions and admissions for patients aged 17 years and younger were excluded from this analysis. Two sites are not included in these analyses as they do not provide inpatient services.
