Network Mission Statement:
The mission of the NY-LI Clinical Improvement Through Innovation(CITI) collaborative is to extend patient-centered research into outpatient primary care practices and ultimately improve healthcare delivery and outcomes in the population. This will include those that have been traditionally underserved and under-researched. We will engage practicing physicians in defining research questions and implementing results. We will strive to increase opportunities for translational research in the outpatient setting.
