About the Resource
TAKEheart was conducted between April 2019 and December 2022 by Abt Associates (Abt) and its partners, the Health Research & Educational Trust (HRET) of the American Hospital Association (AHA) and Crosby Marketing Communications, further referred to as the TAKEheart project team. This executive summary provides a brief description of the project activities, key findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for future similar efforts.
